5 Alarm Crockpot Pulled Pork with El Yucateco

 If you're like me then you love anything spicy& easy to make, maybe that's why I try & cover some easy to use salsa's because I'm always looking for something easy to use for dinner! While I'm not exactly a foodie, I do love to eat. With the football season coming to an end you're bound to have at least one viewing party. 

Party + Football + Good Food = The best time ever! 

I've got the perfect put it in the crock pot & forget about it recipe for you with none other than The King of Flavor, El Yucateco. Their Red Habanero Sauce is made with totally fresh red habanero peppers, tomato, and select spices and seasonings. It's the perfect "all purpose" sauce and even packs a little more kick then the average hot sauce but with a lot less vinegar, so you get the true flavor of the peppers!

 The Recipe Card

 Making your Sliders, In detail.

1) Pour 1 cup of water into the Crock-Pot on High
2)Place your Pork into the Crock-Pot with the fatty part on the bottom for maximum flavor.
3) Add 1/2 Tablespoon of salt
4) Add 3-4 Tablespoons of El Yucateco Red Salsa Picante Habanero
                  -Depending on how spicy you'd like it!
5) Mix & spread around evenly into the Crock-Pot
6) Let it sit & cook for 4 hours on High or 6 Hours on Medium (Medium setting is ideal for over-night cooking)

~Slider Prep~ 

Ingredients: Buns, Lettuce,& Tomato

1) Toast them buns Hun
2) Place Lettuce on that toasty bun
3) Add a hearty helping of that deliciously juicy meat on that leafy green bed
4) Lay the tomatoes on top every so gently & place the top bun
5)Take a bite and try not to roll your eyes back in pure delight because you just tasted a little piece of heaven

Being as busy as I am sometimes making dinner is the absolute last thing on my mind but the crock-pot is an absolute lifesaver.  I was able to take the meat from the store to the crock pot over night to let the juices and the flavor of the Red Salsa Picante Habanero could soak in.
