Tips for Dressing Baby

When it comes to dressing my baby I shop at stores that are convenient and affordable. Babies grow out of their clothes so fast! It's ridiculous how much clothes Camila has but can't wear it because she's already out grown it! I'm sure all kids are like that too.

Recently I went to City Center here in Houston for the first ever Houston Latina Blogger Mentorship meeting which was pretty great! After the meeting was over my friend Wendy, from Hey! Wendy Vanessa, went shopping. We stopped at H&M where she scored this cute Oversized Sweater, and I scored the cutest outfit for Camila!

I'm all about buying items that are versatile and I can use to mix a match to make other outfits for her. If you live in Texas then you know that the weather isn't always the same from one day to the next, hell even from one hour to the next! So I like to bring multiple layers of clothes for her so that it it's cold in the morning, but a little warmer later on in the day she's covered!

Right now Camila fits in size 6 months just a little too tightly for me, so I always buy her a size up, but not too baggy to where she can't move around, that way if she decides to have growth spurt in the next couple of weeks she's covered. The jacket was size 1-2yr old and was the most expensive piece at $30.00 but I figured she could use it for a while so I was getting my money's worth.

What are some things you keep in mind when you're shopping for your kids?
