Big Girl in the Midi Skirt

After I had Camila I had a lot of feelings about my body. A lot of not so good feelings. For one I was mad at my body because it couldn't do what I thought it was designed to do. When your mind is so set on something it's really hard to accept anything less than that. So it's been a long process for me to be confident in the skin I'm in right now. I'm not afraid of my arms or my rolls!

I can honestly say that when I let go of the fear of what I looked like I had the most fun with what I wear. Like this midi skirt, I got from Francesca's! Sometimes midi skirts tend to make me look a lot shorter than I am, and my hips look wider than they are. I absolutely adore them, though! These heels I found on ASOS in my beloved 70% off section, and I've been in love with them since the day I got them.

These earrings from Dreamy Dwellings Boutique are to-die-for!

For a Momma friendly look, I decided to pair this skirt with these super cute blush pink oxfords! I got this pair at ShoeDazzle! I'm all about comfort these days because Camila isn't getting any lighter. My butterball still loves being in her carrier so these shoes are cute, chic, and could easily go with a pair of jeans. I've linked a similar look below!
