An Easy Dinner Idea for Tonight

Since Jeff is home now I've been trying new recipes like crazyyy! I've always wanted to try and make a copy cat Cilantro Lime rice and let me tell you it's delicious & super easy to make. A huge thank you to Riceland & The Women Bloggers for sponsoring this post & supplying the rice.

What you'll Need:

 -Riceland Boil in a Bag
- Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Lime

The beauty of this recipe is that Riceland's Boil in a Bag rice cooks in 10 minutes!

Step 1: Boil that rice

Put one quart of water to boil & fully submerge the bag of rice (found at all HEB stores) in the water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Once the rice is done place it in a bowl & set it aside. (It's one quart of water for ever bag of rice to adjust according to the amount of bags you want to boil!)

Step 2: Add The cilantro & lime

With your rice finally done you can add as much cilantro as you want to the rice & the juice from 1 lime (per bag of rice)

Step 3. Mix & Enjoy

Once you add those ingredients mix until there aren't any clumps of cilantro! You can also add salt to taste if you'd like.

For dinner, I also made pre-seasoned Lemon Peper chicken breast I found at HEB on a bed of squash, red peppers, & corn. The cilantro & lime rice was definitely a hit & super easy to make. With Riceland's Boil In A Bag, it's easy to portion your food & meal prep for the working mommas & their hubby's! They also have Boil-In A Bag Brown Rice too!

It was like a fiesta on a plate & in my mouth!
