Fun Cupcake Recipe for Dia De Los Ninos

 As you all know I'm all about Dia De Los Ninos (Kids Day!) it's such a fun day where we can show our kids that we appreciate them! What better way to do that then with some yummy, & colorful cupcakes with General Mills Lucky Charms. You can find Lucky Charms easily at any Walmart Locations!

When I think back so many good memories were created in the kitchen, I learned so much from my grandma when I was little, just by observing! Your children watch everything you do, whether you notice or not, and all of the customs & traditions my family created I carry over to my little family!

To get started you'll need: 
- Your choice of Vanilla Cake Mix
- Food Color
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Cup of water
- 1/2 a cup of vegetable oil
- Family Sized Box of Lucky Charms

Step 1: Mix Cake batter with Eggs, Oil, & Water

Step 2: Divide cake batter into 3 bowls & Add Food Color

Step 3: Layer the cake batter into cupcake tins with a spoon

 

I decided to go with orange at the bottom!  

Step 4: Place in Preheated oven (350 Degrees) for 17-22 minutes

Step 5: Frost & Decorate with Crushed Lucky Charms cereal & Lucky Charms Marshmallows
