If you're a busy mom like me decorating your snack table for game day is probably the last thing on your list and sometimes it's totally not in your budget either! What I usually find though is that I have pretty much everything lying around the house. This time though instead of taking away time to grill outside we decided that Red Baron Minis & Deep Dish Pizzas were going to be on the game day menu.
Tip #1: Evaluate what you have around the house first
If you're a dedicated fan then you're likely to have a bunch of items with your team already on it! This saves you money and time from going to the store and buying pricey items that you're going to end up throwing away.
Tip #2: Invest in glassware instead of disposable items
Disposable paper plates and cups might be the easier option but you end up spending more money than you need to. If you buy a glass set that you can pull out during all your parties then you just have to wash it and store it for next time.
Tip #3: Buy powder drinks instead of sodas
I keep a large container of lemonade powder that I buy at Sam's and make pitchers and mix it with fresh strawberries to make it seem like the lemonade took me more time to make than it actually did. Also, Lemonade is a better option than carbonated drinks!
Tip #4: Don't Over Think Your Party Menu
I love the convenience and making things super simple so picking up some Red Baron's Deep Dish Single's & Minis from Sam's was a total no-brainer for me! My family already loves Red Barron pizza so why not serve it to my guest and make it easy for them to snack and watch the game.
Tip #5: Make an effortless backdrop that will wow your guests
I might have a slight problem with stocking up on party balloons from the dollar store, but they always come in handy when I need to make a backdrop for the snack table. Just stick some tape on the ballon and stick it on the wall! No fuss and totally cute.
