We booked a trip to the Laughing Llama farm in Troy, Texas, during Camila's school break. This secluded family-friendly location offered a little bit of everything we were looking for in a quick getaway.
The girls are a little obsessed with farm animals right now, and we were looking for a unique experience where we could safely get away. The eclectic decor in the Silo House made our stay feel cozy and like a home away from home! It was equipped with plenty of board games, llama feed, and a full kitchen.
Every morning the girls woke up excited to feed the Llamas and explore the outdoors. It was such a nice change of pace for all of us, and we live such digital lives it was a much-needed getaway for all of us!
The Silo House At Laughing Llama Farm is located in Troy, Texas, and is 20 minutes to everything Waco, Temple, and Belton have to offer! We bought a few groceries from the local Walmart for breakfast and snacks and ventured into Waco for lunch. Thanks to the 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer RS, getting around was super easy and smooth.
The Trailblazer was the perfect mix of sporty and smooth and had enough space for all four of us comfortably. A huge thank you to Chevrolet for always helping us find new roads. This trip truly rekindled our love for road trips. I can't wait to see what adventures await us this year!
